1. Delivery

Notwithstanding Clauses from Terms of Use regarding product availability and except for extraordinary circumstances, we will endeavour to send the order consisting of the product(s) listed in your order confirmation.

It must also be noted that refrigerated items are not available for delivery.

At the moment, we are servicing customers within Klang Valley only.

Our deliveries are on Monday-Saturday, excluding the second last Saturday of every month and local public holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-7 working days and delivered using our in-house drivers or a third-party courier company that we have appointed. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company. 

If you have not received your order within 3-7 working days after you have received your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@pillplan.com.my.

 

Delivery Fee

The delivery fee will be decided base on the distance between PillPlan pharmacy and the delivery address. We will inform the customer on the delivery fee prior to the payment. The delivery fee will be paid by the customer.

Shipping Fee

The postage fee is as below:

RM 5 for the first 5kg, additional RM2 for the following KG.

 

2. Inability to Deliver

If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, we will attempt to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will endeavor to inform on any such cases.

 

3. Transmission of Risk and Ownership of the Products

The products shall be under your responsibility from the moment of delivery to you (or a third party nominated by you) as outlined in above.
