A repeat or chronic medication is one that is required on an on-going basis. They are prescribed to treat chronic or long-term conditions, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes. Repeat medications require regular refills and renewals.

PillPlan carries all kinds of long-term medications for chronic illnesses commonly available in clinics. We carry over 2,000 products from various brands including gsk, Pfizer, Roche, Bayer, AstraZeneca, Duopharma, Xepa, Sandoz, and also a wide selection of generic drugs.

The medications are supplied by Mayflax, one of the largest pharmaceutical suppliers in Malaysia which has a network of over 5,000 private clinics and remains so due to competitive pricing.

Pillplan is offering supplements including caltrate D, methycobal, vitamin C, ginkgo, evening primrose oil, surbex zinc, multivitamin, vitamin B complex, neurobion, vitamin E, pharmaton capsules, prenavit, ferocom. We are also open to bringing in new products depending on market demands.

Manufacturer drug shortages are not uncommon and are not within our control. A patient may be able to find a clinic that has stock of the manufactured drug shortage product. PillPlan will transfer the prescription to that clinic upon request. PillPlan is not responsible for the cost of a prescription filled outside our network. PillPlan strives to provide exceptional service and will work with a patient to an appropriate resolution related to drug shortages.

Your prescriptions can be sent to you as early as 4 business hours but we typically take up to 3 working days to send your prescriptions to you.

Deliveries can be made to the whole of Klang Valley provided someone who is at least the age of maturity is available to sign for the package.

The delivery fee will be decided base on the distance between PillPlan pharmacy and the delivery address. We will inform the customer on the delivery fee prior to the payment. The delivery fee will be paid by the customer. We also offer express same day shipping which is based on the rates charged by our courier partners.

During the trial phase, payment can be done via cash on delivery (COD). After official launch, we would only entertain cash before delivery (CBD), since PillPlan is a non-refundable product.
