1.4 Eligibility: PillPlan Services are available to users aged 18 and above, residing in Malaysia. Users must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.

1.5 Data Protection: PillPlan securely stores and protects all personal and medical data, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols outlined by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

1.6 e-Prescription: Doctors may issue e-prescriptions following a teleconsultation if appropriate. These prescriptions will be used to dispense medications.

2. Service Availability

2.1 Location: PillPlan Services are currently available only within Peninsular Malaysia.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Consultation Fees: A fee will be charged for teleconsultation services.

3.2 Medication Costs: Medication costs vary and will be communicated to the user before order confirmation.

3.3 Service Fee: A service fee is charged for the packaging of medications, part of PillPlan’s personalized services.

3.4 Delivery Fees: Additional delivery fees apply based on the user’s location.

3.5 Payment Methods: Payments can be made through integrated payment gateways, including options provided by Bank Muamalat.

4. Promotions and Discounts

4.1 Promo Codes: Users can apply promo codes at checkout, subject to specific eligibility requirements and expiration dates.
